Saint Francis patients are encouraged to register for MyCare, a service providing free, personalized, and secure online access to portions of their medical records. This service allows patients to safely receive and manage information about their health.

You will be issued a MyCare activation code on your After Visit Summary print-out at the end of your hospital stay. This code will enable you to log in and create your own username and password on the MyCare website.

Please note, this is only for accessing your personal health information. You will not be able to make a payment to Collins Surgical through MyCare. Please see Billing Information to make a payment.
